Job Description:
A production manager/executive is involved in both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage. A large part of production management involves dealing with people, particularly those who work in his/hers team. Production managers/executive are also involved with product design and purchasing including:
- Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
- Ensuring that the production is cost effective;
- Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
- Working out the human and material resources needed;
- Drafting a timescale for the job;
- Estimating costs and setting the quality standards;
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
- Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;
- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes;
- Liaising among different departments, e.g. Suppliers, brand managers; list of local vendors, contractors, event organizers
Requirements:
- Diploma Degree and above from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position at Advertising Agency
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Familiar with MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point, E-mail)
- Aggressive, team player and positive working attitude
- Male or female are welcome
- Possess high integrity, hardworking attitude, and loves to work with numbers (being thorough and meticulous)
- Minimal 2 years solid experience in Advertising Agency
