Responsibilities:
- To assist Implementation Manager with growing implementation
- Considerable items upcoming and ongoing fixes delivery by Mysis to be tested and our participation in Microsoft Patches twice in a month to ensure stability of the system, takes personnel efforts oriented technically then business. This may reduce our service level to our clients ie : response turnaround time ad no back up.
- To Assist with India implementation roll out and locally focusing on accelerating to increase fund transfer volume routed via online
- Manage number of existing online issues and unpredicted problems that has been occurring to be supported
Requirements:
- University Degree
- Having experience at least one (1) year
- Good communication skills, both in written and spoken English
- Able to conduct research via Internet
- Knowledge on Banking Operations & Internet Banking
- Proficient computer skills (word, excel, power point, visio, Microsoft project)
- Understand System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- A hardworking individual and able to work under pressure
