Perform an analysis of competitors in the banking business credit card. Have the ability in project management. Monitoring the project quality provided by the Product Development Manager. Monitoring and assessing staff. Achievement of targets. Making proposals and presentations. Coordination with other units. Requirements: Male or female, max. 30 years old. Minimum Bachelor Degree from all major. Minimum 2 years experiences as a Product Development Supervisor in banking/credit card industry. Strong analytical thinking and excellent in problem solving. Fluent in English (both written and oral) Detail oriented, independent and agile. Good in supervise the team Have the presentation skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
