Personal Banking Associate (Ref: 002/0112/GL)

Responsibilities:
At UOB, our Personal Banking Associates are being groomed to become future wealth managers who will be ready for future roles in Relationship Management and Privilege Banking.
Through a structured training program designed to give you a head start in your career in Retail Banking, you will be trained by professional trainers and line managers who are committed to build up your capabilities and selling skills.
In this role, you will be actively involved in understanding your customers' financial needs, providing them with timely information, advice and recommendation of suitable wealth management products. You will also market and sell our wide range of consumer banking and investment products which includes, but not limited to insurance, structured deposits and unit trusts.
Requirements:
- Possess a recognized degree or diploma in any discipline with less than 3 years pre-qualifying work experience in a sales related role.
- Be passionate in sales and results oriented
- To provide customer with timely information, advice and recommendations to fit their requirements
- Have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy communicating with people from all walks of life
- Demonstrate high level of energy and positive attitude
- Be able to commit to long working hours
