Responsibilities:
The successful candidate should have the following responsibilities:
  • Asia Pacific Regional Global Servicing Centre (GSC) Hub provides dedicated Account Opening services to Citigold and Citi At Work clients across the globe.
  • International Customer Service Representative (ICSR) is the dedicated contact and customer advocate for facilitating the account opening process across APAC, as well as via the regional hubs in LATAM, EMEA and North America.
  • ICSR will need to ensure that all requests are handled / resolved in a timely manner, by taking complete ownership of the issues, resolving it independently, working with their business partners, or escalating to the GSC Hub Head.
  • ICSR will need to have a good understanding of banking products and processes to ensure effective customer interactions.
     

Requirements:
  • Sense of ownership and the ability to work through issues to ensure customer satisfaction is a priority.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and at least one other spoken language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Japanese).
  • Previous customer service experience essential.
  • Previous branch support / account opening experience desirable.
  • Mature, well organised and detail oriented.
  • Candidate should be prepared to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Candidates with GCE A levels or Polytechnic Diploma Holders with at least 2 - 3 years experience in a service-related field, or fresh university graduates.
