HR Analyst
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Conduct, evaluate and analyse organisation’s HR practices and organisational development program to obtain information that can be used in improving organisation’s HRM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- 2 – 3 years of professional experience in organisational studies, with a highlight in conducting organisational research
- Knowledge in HR theory and practices
- Good command in English (both spoken and written)
- Ability to develop survey questionnaire
- Ability to use statistical knowledge and program
- Computer literate
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical ability
- Knowledge in HR theory and practices
