Responsibilities:
  • Preparing attendance report
  • Filing form of leave, permit, and sick
  • Handlinghealth insurance and personal accident insurance process for employee
  • Handling administration process of foreign workers and visa preparation
  • Preparing payment voucher for plane ticket, hotel, courier services, reimbursement claim

Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma degree majoring Business Administration, Secretary or relevant
  • Min. 1 year experience in similar position
  • Age between 21 – 27 years old
  • Good in English both spoken and written
  • Abe to work in team as well as independently
  • Detail oriented & well organized;
  • Proactive
  • Computer literate
