HR Administration Staff Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Preparing attendance report
- Filing form of leave, permit, and sick
- Handlinghealth insurance and personal accident insurance process for employee
- Handling administration process of foreign workers and visa preparation
- Preparing payment voucher for plane ticket, hotel, courier services, reimbursement claim
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma degree majoring Business Administration, Secretary or relevant
- Min. 1 year experience in similar position
- Age between 21 – 27 years old
- Good in English both spoken and written
- Abe to work in team as well as independently
- Detail oriented & well organized;
- Proactive
- Computer literate
