Front End Supervisor Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: As the Front End Supervisor, you will review and monitor, check front-end new account functions regularly such as pre-screen, data-entry, account maintenance, & field verifications. You will review, monitor and ensure that pre screen and data entries of new applications have been done properly according to the policy and procedure with complete and suitable result. The role holder will also answer inquiries from other units in regard to field verification. Monitoring & ensuring all data received related to MT and Down Grade applications be inputted into the system on the same day will be imperative to the role. The key is to continuously identify process improvement initiatives across credit cycle. You will also manage Account Maintenance activities (credit limit increase, card type conversions and customer data changes) on daily basis according to policy and procedure within acceptable service level. Requirements: We are looking to hire candidates with Card Business Knowledge and Credit Cycle Process knowledge coupled with 5 years of experience in Credit Card business within the area of Credit (New Accounts). Good understanding of Cards business’ Credit Policy and procedures from time to time and familiarity with Webysca (CDM and Vision Plus) system will be required.
