We are a group of growing coal mining company and now constructing 2 x 7 MW Coal Power Plant to support our company growth. We are seeking outstanding individuals to join our team as follows:

Training Development (code : TD)
Kalimantan Timur
Responsibilities: 
  • Female
  • 23-30 Years Old
  • Manage system & training program based on competency model
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Good discipline and attitude
  • Familiar with Ms Office
  • Will be placed at Bontang

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
