INPEX is the operator of Masela Block (Abadi project) offshore Maluku, Arafura Sea, Indonesia, that is now in the early stage of Abadi field development with floating liquefied natural gas concept for future commercial FLNG production. Parallel with the activities, INPEX Organization is growing rapidly and currently we need the following positions: Safety Manager (Code: HSE) Jakarta Raya Responsibilities:  Manage the setting up of INPEX Safety & Security Policies and Strategies compatible to local and international standards and practices; Manage the processes of assuring that INPEX operations meet Safety & Security best practices through working with all operating units to set INPEX Safety & Security standards and procedures for all levels of operational practices; Manage the processes of assuring that INPEX operations comply with Safety & Security international standards and local laws and regulations through working with all operating units in the front-end loading phase of the operational plan; Lead and manage the processes of regular Safety audits and provision of feedback for Safety improvements to all operating units; Manage the delivery of all safety education, socialization, and campaign programs - designed by System Development group - to improve the Safety awareness as well as to improve the Safety competencies of all INPEX employees; Manage the reporting of Safety & Security incidents and cases in all INPEX operations to INPEX Management and/or Government Offices; Manage the security systems and work with security provider organizations in ensuring security of all INPEX area of works in progress. Requirements: Bachelor or Master Degree in Social Science, Engineering, or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry; 10+ years with at least 7 years in senior HSE position in the Oil and Gas industry; Fluency in English both spoken and written; Computer Literacy. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Able to work well in a multicultural team and be highly motivated, good leadership, effective team player, disciplined, and a dynamic and good personality.
