Responsibilities:
- Responsible in various human resources functions on factory, which include recruitment, staffing, training & Development, performance monitoring and employee counseling
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Law, Management, Psychology or Industrial Engineering from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
- At least 2 to 4 years relevant experiences.
- Having experience in Industrial Relations and/or recruitment activities will be advantage
- Knowledge of ISO implementation is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking & excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate with all levels of people.
- Good command in English, both oral and written
- Expert user of MS Excell and numerically inclined.
- Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines.
