Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill man power needs of each department in timely basis with high qualified employee
  • Lead the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and system

Requirements:
  • Male / Female
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
  • Experience min. 1 years as a HR & GA Manager
  • Having in-depth knowledge of Recruitment Process, Man Power Regulation, Organizational Development
  • Have a good knowledge of Psychological Test
  • Experienced in handling GA matters
  • Have a good knowledge of organization systems and processes
  • Good analytical, conceptual, and administrative skills
  • Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
