Responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining Sales Performance Management System as per ISO 9001 and 140001 for the overall efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure adherence to the Basic Operational Process (BOP)
- Drive Marketing & Sales KPI adherence
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Bachelor Degree, maximum 30 years old
- Having working experience minimum 2 years in the same position from Forwarding company
- Good command in English (oral and written) and Computer Literate
