Business Analyst
Tangerang (Banten) - Karawaci
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, check and provide routine reports and reports by request from local and/or regional management for various purposes, that covered reports as below:
- a. Report that sent to Group directly or through finance team
- b. Report for Local Management Executive
- c. Production Report for Distribution Channel
- d. Benefit Tracking report for contest, initiative & project
- Responsible to provide an analysis for certain report that sent to Local Management Executive
- Coordinate with IT Department on internal customer requests to make sure that all related parties share the same thoughts and ideas on requests.
- Back up and maintain data from MIS to soft file filling and making sure that soft file store well with the structure directory filling.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Department Head and / or the designated manager from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to learn, Hard worker and Responsible with the task
- Able to work independently or as a part of team
- Proficiency in English
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills especially with numbers
- Good on using Excel (pivot, lookup, etc)
- Can work under minimum supervising.
- Knowledge in life insurance business will be an advantage
