HR EXECUTIVE IDR 13000000 - 17000000 Banten - Bumi Serpong Damai Responsibilities: Assist ASEAN HR Manager in the implementation of HR policies and practices Responsible for payroll administration, to ensure accurate & timely delivery of monthly payroll Assist in coordinating & collating annual salary reviews Responsible for the execution of an induction/orientation program Establish & maintain HR database Support & provide coaching to employees Undertake all reasonable training activity designed Implement and facilitate learning & development opportunities and training plans Maintain good rapport & working relationships with employees and supervisors Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent. Required language(s): English At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Bumi Serpong Damai.
