Currently we are looking for best candidates to fill following positions:

Compliance, Key Internal Control (KIC)
& Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Manager

Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • To improve compliance to Group policies and statutory requirement.
  • Reinforce the Key Internal Control (KIC) throughout all the units in Jakarta.
  • To build the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for Indonesia Commercial.
  • To coordinate all the compliance related topics.
  • To coordinate the yearly KIC assessment and related action plans follow-up with each Dept/ BP Owners.
  • To develop the first BCP for Indonesia Commercial in the event of any natural disaster (eg flooding).
  • Designs and implements programs, policies, and practices to ensure that all business units are in compliance with government regulatory requirements
  • Tracks laws and regulations that might affect the organization's policies.
  • Prepares compliance reports to present to management

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in accounting.
  • At least 6 years of experience in the field
  • External Audit, Consultancy and Compliance background
  • Good understanding in related business and some legal knowledge
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Strong accounting and analytical skills.
  • Strong computer skills: proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented & ability to multi-task.
  • Project and people management, technical acumen, and English’s oral and written communication skills.
