In general, the team members should be able to develop and implement functional concept or deliverables, and wiling to be sent to places in Jakarta, Indonesia or Asia for consulting projects, age between 25 – 50 years old, mature, communication skills, English proficiencies, computer literate, like challenges, hard work and have desire to have highly competitive compensation, you should apply as :
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects
- Oversees managers working on client engagements within practice
- Reviews high-level deliverables across projects – schedule, quality, cost
- Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with company methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of consulting engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction
- Minimizes company exposure and risk across multiple projects
- Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10 (ten) year work experience in the telecommunication industry
- Highly motivated team player
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Fluent in English
