Bestbuy Vietnam, The Trade Company has function in selling home appliances products by telesales and wholesales in Vietnam since 2002. Now we are expanding our business in Indonesia and we want to recruit some key persons in Jakarta, Indonesia as follows:
Assistant to Director
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Handling daily administration matters on behalf of BOM including: managing BOM files, editing comercial contracts, preparing import documents, etc.
- Making appointments, translating business documents, and filling documents.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all relevant local governmental bureaus, agencies and authorities to get certificates of product which will be imported from others countries to Indonesia.
- Dealing with suppliers such as electric home appliance, television, etc
- Maintain office efficiency, plan and implement office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Other task assignment from BOM
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- Having experience in purchasing min 5 years
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
