INPEX is the operator of Masela Block (Abadi project) offshore Maluku, Arafura Sea, Indonesia, that is now in the early stage of Abadi field development with floating liquefied natural gas concept for future commercial FLNG production. Parallel with the activities, INPEX Organization is growing rapidly and currently we need the following positions: HR Recruitment Staff (Code: CORP. SVC) Jakarta Raya Responsibilities:  Administer and conduct the process of recruiting new hires and/or internal recruiting; Provide recommendation to user in the selection of candidates; Manage interview summary and reporting. Requirements: A minimum of Bachelor Degree in Social Science, Psychology, Laws, or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry; 5+ years experience in administering recruitment program in the Oil and Gas industry; Fluency in English both spoken and written with good interpersonal and communication skill; Strong network, mainly in O&G industry, for sourcing candidates; Strong in short-listing candidates and interviewing skill; Having good knowledge in BEI and CBHRM; Computer Literacy. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office with good correspondence skill and filing management; Able to work well in a multicultural team and having high motivation, effective team player, discipline, and a dynamic and good personality.
