Material Planner Engineer
Bekasi (Jawa Barat), Cikarang (Jawa Barat)
Bekasi (Jawa Barat), Cikarang (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
Summary Job:
- Do
all activities related to supply of parts, component and material. Ensure
the availability of component and material base on production requirement.
Maintain inventory below target
Job Description:
- Material
planning and procurement for overseas supplier
- Preparing
and update forecast to supplier
- Identify
and Inform related department of any risk on the supply chain
- Arrange
the times of delivery by consolidate shipment to control the cost of
shipment
- Minimize
airfreight shipment
- Prepare
and execute material plan and procurement
- Issue
PR/PO to supplier
- Exchange
forecast and backlog with supplier
- Monitor
delivery, inventory and material in transit, make sure meet target
inventory / working capital
- Minimize
shipment cost by milk run overseas supplier, consignment stock etc
- Coordinate
with production to ensure availability of material for production
Requirements:
- Working
experiences minimum 3 years at similar assignment
- Minimum
Diploma 3 in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical
Engineering
- Good
knowledge inKaizen/kan-ban/Milk-run concept.Understanding supply chain
management and inventory control, Process and capacity analysis
- Proficientin
English both oral & written is a MUST
